Adults aged 18 and over can enhance their physical and mental wellbeing through a variety of sessions offered by Leicester City in the Community’s Health and Wellbeing team.

Our team delivers activities tailored to adults, from 18-year-olds to those aged 50 and beyond. These activities are designed to help participants achieve key outcomes:

  • Increased physical activity to boost wellbeing and combat obesity
  • Enhanced resilience and mental wellbeing
  • Reduced social isolation
